Still within the goal of characterization, different markers will be studied. Among these, the resistance to the various fungicidal active ingredients is evaluated at the level of the strains. In fact, repeated chemical control has led to numerous resistance to fungicides in this species. Monitoring the evolution of resistance within populations is essential in order to adapt methods for controlling this wheat disease. The technique used for phenotypic characterization requires a microplate reader (96 wells). This material makes it possible to study a large number of strains as to their resistance or sensitivity to the different active ingredients.
